LA Premiere at Outfest

We're back home in NYC after another wonderful film festival experience! Our fourth festival was none other than Outfest, the country's premiere LGBT event, which takes place each year in Los Angeles, CA.

Needless to say, we had an amazing time meeting the Outfest staff, fellow filmmakers, and avid cinephiles at all of the fun festival events throughout the week. There was even a pool party! When it came time to screen our film, we were overwhelmed by our friends, special guests, and all the lovely Angelenos who came out to support us.

A big thank you to Outfest and the good people of Hollywood. We'll see you again very soon!

US Premiere at Frameline39

We left our hearts in San Francisco.

Frameline is the nation's oldest and largest LGBT film festival. When we learned of our acceptance to this festival in particular, we were ecstatic. It's an immense honor to be part of this historic program and we can unequivocally say that the experience lived up to our dreams.

Will, Derek, Mark and Sarah headed to San Francisco and were joined by special guests Nicole Pursell and Xander Singh. It was a magical few days and we're very sad to leave it behind us. Screening That's Not Us at the Castro Theatre to hundreds of people is an experience we'll never forget. Thank you Frameline, and thank you San Francisco!

World Premiere at InsideOut

Toronto, you've stolen our hearts! We could not have asked for a more gracious and welcoming world premiere. Will, Derek, Mark and Sarah traveled to Toronto to meet with the InsideOut programmers, fellow filmmakers, and most importantly - the audience members. We met so many wonderful people and were truly inspired by all the terrific films representing our diverse community.

We're honored to have been a part of this world-class film festival and we look forward to going back very soon! Thank you, Toronto and InsideOut!
